Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give me at least 24 hours’ notice and we can either book a make-up lesson or organise a refund. A quick note on flexibility - To keep things running smoothly, I offer up to two reschedules or cancellations per term with make-up or refund options. This helps me manage my schedule fairly for all families.
